Return Policy-

If you would like to return an item and it is not worn, please follow these instructions. Items may only be returned within 30 days of either online or in store purchase. Player specific or time sensitive apparel may not be subject to returns. If purchased in store, we will do our best to look up your order but otherwise you must have the receipt or store credit will be issued.

  • Ship to: Local Imprint 640 Sonny Ln. Cincinnati, OH 45244
  • Include a small note with your email address, order number (or note if it was a gift) and if you are returning or exchanging.
  • If you are exchanging please note what shirt and size you would like to replace it with if you are exchanging and include $5 for to cover returning shipping. If the item was damaged or an incorrect order, we will take care of the shipping costs.

Local Imprint does not sell or share the information you provide to us online with any outside company or third party.

Shipping Policy-

MOST ITEMS WILL SHIP OUT WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER. HOWEVER ORDER VOLUME DOES VARY, SO PLEASE ALLOW FOR 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.  WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO CONTACT YOU SHORTLY AFTER YOUR ORDER IF THERE IS GOING TO BE A DELAY IN SHIPPING DUE TO TEMPORARY OUT OF STOCK ITEMS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT AN ORDER PLEASE EMAIL US AT sales@localimprint.com  AS WE RESPOND TO THOSE BEFORE ANY OTHERS. PLEASE ALLOW 10 TO 14 DAYS IF IT IS A SPECIAL FEATURE ITEM OR DURING THE DECEMBER HOLIDAY SEASON DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS
